Guardian Health, Inc. (dba “LavWell Technologies,” and “LavWell”) operates the site (www.lavwell.com) to provide services including marketing, distribution, and promotion of the company and its products.

We do not collect any social media information through the site. We do, however, collect demographic data when users interact with LavWell social media accounts.

LavWell does not gather any of your sensitive information through interaction with the site, such as your social security number, driver’s license number, race, ethnicity, religion, health metrics, political associations, or details on your criminal background.
Devices and mobile applications created by LavWell do collect sensitive identifying information, race, ethnicity, and health metrics.
How the information collected is used
We only use your personal information to help you utilize the services LavWell has to offer. This includes:
